A day at Agni follows the natural rhythm Ayurveda recommends โ early to rise, unhurried, and balanced between activity and rest.
A typical day
- 6:00 AM โ Wake & warm water. Begin gently with herbal water and quiet time.
- 6:30 AM โ Yoga & pranayama. Guided practice as the sun rises.
- 8:00 AM โ Breakfast. A light, warming sattvic meal.
- 9:30 AM โ Therapies. Your scheduled treatments with our therapists.
- 1:00 PM โ Lunch. The main meal of the day, eaten mindfully.
- 3:00 PM โ Rest or consultation. Time to recover, or to meet your physician.
- 5:00 PM โ Walk & nature. A gentle stroll through the green campus.
- 7:00 PM โ Light dinner. Early and easy to digest.
- 8:30 PM โ Meditation & sleep. Wind down and rest deeply.
Between treatments
Beyond your therapies, the village is yours to enjoy โ quiet gardens to walk in, talks on Ayurvedic living, and simply the space to slow down. There is no pressure to do anything; healing happens in the rest as much as in the treatment room.
